In accordance with the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act, PACCAR Inc has determined to recall the vehicles below.
Peterbilt Motors Company, 1700 Woodbrook Street, Denton, TX 76205
Certain medium duty battery electric vehicles (MD BEV) may experience intermittent continuity in one or more terminal pins of the C40 connector on the cradle harness, which could potentially result in a loss of propulsion.
Intermittent connections in the C40 connector may result in a loss of propulsion, which may increase the risk of a crash.
Spread terminals (gap in the terminal pin). A key cycle does not resolve the issue.

Affected vehicle owners will be notified and dealers will inspect the cradle harness and replace the harness on vehicles that have spread terminals free of charge. Owners who incurred costs to obtain a remedy for the problem addressed by the recall in advance of receiving notification may seek reimbursement through the process outlined in the general reimbursement plan on file.

PACCAR Inc. confirms that the parts necessary to correct this defect are available through authorized service centers.
