The Model 567EV is the industry’s first battery-electric vocational heavy-duty truck, while the Next-Generation Model 579EV offers improved range and efficiency. With multiple battery configurations, fleets are able to optimize weight and range for their specific application.

Built for Reliability & Performance

The proprietary PACCAR ePowertrain is an integration of motor, batteries and accessories to provide optimum performance in all conditions. Key features include selectable three-stage regenerative braking, up to 605 horsepower and 1,850 lb.-ft. of torque and proven and reliable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery chemistry. The PACCAR ePowertrain has been rigorously tested to deliver the uptime and reliability customers have come to expect from Peterbilt.

The Model 579EV: Enhanced Heavy-Duty Performance

This class 8 electric vehicle for regional haul applications now offers:

  • Up to a 200-mile range
  • Improved aerodynamic design for better efficiency
  • Advanced safety features, including Fusion Stop and Auto Go Advanced with Automatic Emergency Braking for pedestrians and High Beam Assist

The Model 567EV: A First in Electric Vocational Trucks

Designed for refuse, roll-off, dump and equipment hauler applications, the Model 567EV includes:

  • Up to a 250-mile range
  • Customizable frame layouts
  • Dual ePTO options (25 kW and 150 kW) with factory routing provisions and configurable PTO controls for seamless integration
