For more accurate and timely information on your fleet’s health, Peterbilt has integrated its Reasoning Engine Technology with the SmartLINQ platform. This advanced technology gathers and analyzes information from every SmartLINQ-enabled truck, letting you to anticipate problems and improve your fleet’s diagnostics and repair responsiveness even further.
SmartLINQ’s Reasoning Engine Technology enables:
- Even more precise diagnostic information
- Evolving fault code collection and analysis
- Enhanced analysis by linking cascading faults
To assist with your fleet uptime and scheduling, Engine & Aftertreatment software updates can now be updated safely and securely Over-The-Air on Class 8 trucks with a Model Year 2017 or newer PACCAR MX-11 or MX-13 engine. Over-The-Air update functionality requires an active SmartLINQ Remote Diagnostics subscription, access to the PACCAR Solutions portal, and the PACCAR Over-The-Air phone app.
Renew SmartLINQ Subscription
Customers whose subscriptions have expired or will expire soon can renew SmartLINQ Remote Diagnostics subscriptions through a two-step process: Customers will need to login to their online account via the PACCAR Solutions web portal and call PACCAR Solutions at (877) 244-4517 to finalize payment.
