Peterbilt's objective for developing the Dealer Sponsored School Partnership Training Program is to assist dealers in recruiting high-quality, entry-level service technicians by facilitating a partnership between a Peterbilt dealer and a local school's diesel technology program. This allows the school to provide professional-level training for their students; and the dealer to provide employment opportunities while supporting their customers with more trained technicians.
