Health Insurance & Reimbursement Accounts
Employees choose coverage which includes HMO (in some locations) and indemnity medical plans, dental and vision plans, employee and dependent life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Peterbilt also offers both health care and dependent care pre-tax reimbursement accounts.

Retirement
Peterbilt offers a 401(k) savings plan which provides a 100% match on up to 5% of contributions made to the plan after only 1 year of service. A company-paid retirement pension plan is also provided.

Vacation Time
Vacation time begins accruing on the first day of employment and can be utilized as soon as it is earned.
