Recognition as a certified Peterbilt PartsMaster requires extensive training and testing. Training focuses on two key areas--products for your vehicles and instruction on technologies used by dealership personnel to assist you with your parts and service needs.
Program participants are tested on the material they have studied, and if they achieve the required score on all tests, become certified Peterbilt PartsMasters. Certification tests are based on two of the training programs available to dealers: Peterbilt Product Training Videos and Workbooks. These two formats focus on demonstrations, features, and benefits of parts and products offered by suppliers as well as Peterbilt TruckCare software programs. Thanks to the Peterbilt PartsMaster program, you'll find that your dealership's staff is current on new products and truck technology.
