Who uses ECAT?
- Your Peterbilt dealership's parts and service departments can't do without it. Bring your truck in, and chances are the repair person will look it up on ECAT to get the details on a section of your chassis.
- You can, if you're maintaining a fleet of Peterbilt trucks! Your Peterbilt dealer can help you order Fleet ECAT software and a CD filled with information on the Peterbilt chassis in your fleet.
With key drawings and illustrations and a comprehensive list of components getting to the parts of a specific section of the chassis is easy--enter the number of a chassis in your fleet, and the chassis appears. From there, it's simple to find or "click" into the part of the truck needing work. Using ECAT, it's possible to build a list of the needed parts and import those into Peterbilt's parts ordering system.
