The new stainless steel air cleaner was developed in conjunction with Donaldson and is available on Peterbilt Models 389, 388 and 367, in both 13 and 15 inch diameters for single or dual side installations.
The new proprietary air filter developed by PACCAR utilizes nanotechnology to aid in trapping submicron contaminants, extend maintenance intervals and prolong engine life. Additionally, a new air filter seal has been designed to reduce contamination and facilitate easier inspection and servicing.
