1. How do I place an order?
Categories of apparel and merchandise items available are listed on the home page (main menu).
Each category can be seen by clicking on the name of the category, which will show you an overview of the items available.
This site uses a shopping cart. Users can place items in the shopping cart and check pricing before finalizing the order. Items can be removed from the shopping cart up until an order is approved by the user by pushing the "Continue" button on the Final Purchase Approval page.
The navigation bar at the left of each page allows you to quickly get back to the home page menu or view items that have been placed in the shopping cart.
2. Why was I charged more for large sizes?
There is an additional charge for size XXL on some items. It will be added to the price of the item and will appear in the shopping cart.
3. What are the possible payment methods?
You can pay for merchandise using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.
4. What if I have questions?

5. What shipping information do I need to know?
All orders are shipped FOB, CYRK warehouse. Domestic orders will be sent from Monroe, Washington via ground transportation unless otherwise requested. If faster than ground shipping is necessary, please call customer service 1-800-778-8667 for stock availability and rush processing. See the freight matrix to determine your domestic shipping costs. Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to a $15-25 documentation fee and actual freight charges. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
6. What do I do if I have a rush order?
CYRK will guarantee all orders next day delivery provided that the order is received before 1:00 p.m. PST and stock is available at the time the order is received. All orders requiring next day delivery that are received between 10:00 am and 1:00 P.M. PST will be guaranteed and charged a $15 rush fee in addition to actual freight. Orders received after 1:00 P.M. PST will not be guaranteed for next day delivery. In the event that an item is placed on backorder a Customer Service Representative will contact you to see if you would like to keep the item on back order or select another item.
7. What delivery information do I need to know?
Items featured on this web site are regularly in stock and are typically shipped within 3-4 working days. In the event that an item is not in stock, the item will be placed on backorder and shipped upon arrival at CYRK. Backordered items typically ship sooner, but can take up to 90 days after your order is received by CYRK. In the case of a rush order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to see if you would like to keep the item on backorder or if you would like to select another item.
8. What about international orders?
All international orders must be prepaid using a credit card. Please call the customer service representative at 1-800-778-8667 for shipping method and instructions.
9. Will I have sales tax on my order?
Applicable sales tax will be added for the following states and Canada: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and Washington.

11. Can I ship merchandise to more than one location?
Orders with multiple ship to addresses will be treated as separate orders. Please call your customer service representative at 1-800-778-8667 if you have questions or concerns.
12. What if I want to confirm my order?
After you have placed an order on the web site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that outlines the order. If you have any questions, please call the customer service representative at 1-800-778-8667.
13. What about credit card security on-line?
You can shop online with confidence, knowing that the financial and personal information you submit is secure. This site uses secure commerce technology. All of the data that you enter on your checkout page, including credit card information, is encrypted while traveling the Internet so it cannot be intercepted for fraudulent use. For your record, when you purchase a product and check out, print the screen so you have a paper record of your purchase. It will be necessary if you need to follow up an order with the customer service department.
14. What if I have a return or exchange?
Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of order receipt. Please follow the steps to return or exchange an item:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service at 1-800-778-8667.
Include a copy or the original packing slip that accompanied your order with a return address.
Specify whether you want to return or exchange.
If you request an exchange, please indicate new size or color choice.
