How do I get a Build (Spec) Sheet for my Vintage Vehicle?
- Contact Peterbilt Motors for chassis information from 1994 to present.  
- Contact PACCAR Research through the parts department from your nearest Peterbilt Dealership for chassis before 1994.
- Contact The American Truck Historical Society (816-891-9903) for chassis information not available from PACCAR Research.

How do I order literature? (i.e., Operator’s, Custom Maintenance Manuals)
- Operator’s Manuals for many current and previous Peterbilt Model are available on this website.  Click here for access to manuals in PDF format that you may download. 
- If you do not find the maintenance manual that you require, you can contact the Peterbilt literature fulfillment desk at 206-204-0621.
- For specific components, the best bet is to go online to respective vendors and look for maintenance information there.  This is the same place we would search; these sites have extensive information and are free in most cases.
- Contact the parts department at your nearest Peterbilt Dealership for assistance with ordering a Custom Maintenance Manual.
How do I get drawings or line sheet information?
- Sorry, but all technical drawings are proprietary and we are not allowed to distribute them.
- We do not provide build and line sheet information on our website. We would suggest contacting the parts department of your local Peterbilt dealership, who can obtain this information through PACCAR Parts Research by requesting a copy of the chassis bill of materials. Your dealer also has access to ECAT which has the same information. For a directory of dealers, visit the Dealer Locator link at the bottom of the website.

How do I get a letter certifying that there is no open recall on my truck?
- For a Recall Letter, contact the parts department at your nearest Peterbilt Dealership.
How do I get a NAFTA certification letter?
- For a NAFTA Certification Letter, contact Corporate Customs using the email address and subject line below with requested information.
