PETERBILT NAMES PARTS & SERVICE DEALER OF THE YEAR: MARTIN’S PETERBILT OF EASTERN KENTUCKY

Achieving outstanding levels of customer satisfaction and top scores in Peterbilt’s Standards of Excellence program, Martin’s Peterbilt of Eastern Kentucky was named the 2013 North American Peterbilt Parts and Service Dealer of the Year. Peterbilt Motors Company announced the award during its annual Dealer Meeting.

Additionally, their operations are extremely efficient and they have an absorption rate well over 100 percent.”
Terry Martin, Dealer Principal of Martin’s Peterbilt of Eastern Kentucky, accepted the award during the event held in Fort Worth, near Peterbilt’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas. The business meeting celebrated both dealer performance and Peterbilt’s 75th anniversary.

Martin’s Peterbilt of Eastern Kentucky was also recognized for growing its parts purchase volume, including its share of TRP products.
