PACCAR PARTS, PETERBILT NAMES THE 2009 PETERBILT PARTS, WARRANTY AND SERVICE MANAGERS OF THE YEAR

PACCAR Parts and Peterbilt Motors Company recognized the 2009 Peterbilt national warranty, parts, and service managers of the year at the Peterbilt Parts and Service Meeting held recently in Kansas City, MO.
Dan Hartgraves, warranty manager at Utica General Peterbilt in Utica, NY, was named national warranty manager of the year; Rick Tames, parts manager at Peterbilt of Council Bluffs in Council Bluffs, IA, was named national parts manager of the year; and Steve Farrow, service manager at Lookout Mountain Peterbilt-The Pete Store in Ringgold, GA, was named national service manager of the year.
